Anybody here a fan? I inherited a LP of "Leon Russell and the Shelter People" at just the right time in adolescence and I've been a fan ever since. He is to be here in Nov., downtown Big Shitty, the show starts at 10:00 PM, which is past my bedtime. I really appreciate the Moodies shows starting early.

I saw Rob Thomas (from Matchbox 20) in concert last night. We had some pretty aggressive weather, but it was rain at the time, and most of us got there, although a little late. The opening acts were Carolina Liars and OneRepublic. Both great bands. My son Sean and I went to the Ritchie Center on the Denver University campus. Lincoln Brewster Concert

My family and I saw Lincoln Brewster in concert last Friday. What a night of rockin music and worship. I have seen many artists before in concert, but in my opinion, I have never seen anybody else play the guitar like Lincoln. Wow! Some of the pictures that I took are below. See him if you can.

Thursday a friend of mine I met in the 'hood here years ago (out walking the Gidget) died of Non-Hodgekins Lymphoma. He was a Vietnam vet who was exposed to Agent Orange. My oldest friend also died of this and it was brutal. In this case, I was close enough to visit often and the decline was rapid. Drs. suspended the chemo (2nd round) and started morphine and Hospice and he was gone in days.

My mother had two instances of colon cancer, which was cut out and no chemo was...
