and here I wasn't expecting so much of these Dallas shows since everyone kept saying the camera police were everywhere. So what, did this keep you folks
down to, just a few hundred instead of a thousand?

Nice one, Pam!
I've only heard about one instance where an usher insisted and threatened to get security if the camera wasn't put away for good. One thing that
really irritated me was that the ushers used flashlights to get the attention of the offenders. That was very disruptive, because the light would shine in
the eyes of everyone in its beam. It was distracting and rude.
I think it might be my husband you're referring to, bluepup! We had the *Mother of All Camera Police* in our area the second night. She argued with my
husband that unless The Moody Blues were paying him to take pictures, he WOULD NOT take any pictures during the concert. She said that if she so much as saw
the green light on his camera go on during the performance, she wouldn't even give him a warning -- that she would call security right away!!! She was
extremely rude to him, and the only thing that saved her butt from having me write a nasty letter to her boss was that just before the last song, Steve
approached her and said *Look, I've been a good boy all night. Can I take photos of this last song?* She said that she wasn't supposed to allow it,
but that she would pretend to turn her back so he could take photos. He was going to do it whether she said it was okay or not, but he felt it was polite to
at least ask first. So he snapped away.
I met several employees of The Meyerson while we were there and they were all extremely polite and helpful. I intend to write and compliment them to their
supervisors. I know this woman was doing her job, but she was rude and nasty while doing it. The woman the first night accomplished the same thing while
never raising her voice or disrupting anyone. Yes, the flashlights were annoying, but how else could they get a person's attention? We did, however,
manage to get 713 photos the first night! I'm having trouble uploading them to Photo Bucket which is why you're not seeing any of them here. I
need a new computer and hopefully that will solve my problem.
